Helge: I've been looking at different interactive communication platforms that could be used to improve long distance customer services. What about arranging a monthly or bi-weekly CTS-Seminar for Mediracer partners, customers and users. It could be a 45 to 60 minutes session delivered over qik or bambuser (popular in Sweden). Audio is very important. It's just a question about attaching the microphones to the speakers.
